1. Reason for failure:
1) The screen is not powered;
2) The network cable is not connected well;
3) The receiving card has no power supply or the power supply voltage is too low;
4) The sending card is broken;
5) The signal transmission intermediate device is connected or has a fault (such as: function card, fiber transceiver box);
2. Troubleshooting method:
1) Check that the screen power supply is well or not;
2) Check and reconnect the network cable;
3) Ensure that the power supply DC output is powered at 5-5.2V;
4) Replace the sending card;
5) Check the connection or replace the function card (fiber transceiver box);
02. The display does not work, the sending card green light does not flash

1) The DVI or HDMI cable is not connected;
2) The copy or expansion mode in the graphics control panel is not set;

2) Reduce the length or replacement of the cable;

08. The entire display shows the same content for each display unit
1. Reason for failure:
No display connection file sent

Reset the send screen file, and connect the network cable of the computer connected to the output port of the sending card near the indicator light when sending.
09.The display brightness is very low and the displayed image is blurred.

1) Restore the default settings of the sending card and save it;
2) Set the display monitor to have a minimum brightness value of 80 or higher;
10.Full screen shake or ghosting

1) Check the communication cable between the computer and the large screen;
2) Check the DVI cable of the multimedia card and the sending card;
3) Sending card is bad

2) Push the DVI line into the reinforcement;
